Written Instructions

If you prefer written instructions to learn how to use the new Online and Mobile Banking features, we've got you covered. Follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Online or Mobile Banking. From the dashboard, select your checking, savings account, or credit card to view transactions with new merchant names and categories.
  2. Scroll down to your transactions. The new Category section on the left will automatically categorize your transactions. To make an edit to a transaction category or create a transaction rule, select a transaction to view the details. Creating a transaction rule will allow you to automatically categorize transactions from certain merchants to help with your financial planning.
  3. In Online Banking, a pop-up window will let you change the category from the Budget Category drop-down menu. In Mobile Banking, use the blue drop-down menu at the top of the transaction details screen.
  4. Save your changes in Online Banking or move to the next step in Mobile Banking.
  5. If you want the new rule to apply to all future transactions from this merchant, choose Apply to All. For a one-time change, select This Time Only.
  6. After selecting an option, a confirmation message will pop up. Close it to go back to your summary.
  7. To delete a rule in Online Banking, go to Manage Transaction Rules. Select Delete and confirm your decision in the new pop-up window.
  8. For Mobile Banking, you can manage your rules via the navigation menu under Manage Transaction Rules. To delete, swipe left on the transaction, hit the trash icon, and confirm by tapping Delete.

Now that you've learned about these new features and how to use them, log in to Online and Mobile Banking to test them out.
