CREDIT CARD ACTIVITY ALERTS
Easily monitor your credit card activity with personalized alerts
Members can monitor credit card activity by signing up for activity alerts in Online and Mobile Banking.1
Get started
To set up credit card notifications, Members will need to log in or register for Online and Mobile Banking. Once logged in, follow these instructions to turn on your credit card activity alerts:
Mobile Banking:
- Open the SchoolsFirst FCU mobile app.
- Select the navigation menu in the upper right-hand corner of your screen (three lines stacked on top of each other).
- Select "Settings & Profile."
- Select the navigation menu again.
- Select "Alerts."
- Within the "Alerts" content, please select the "Fiserv" link.
- You’ll be notified you’re leaving the SchoolsFirst FCU app. Select "Continue."
- Select "Log in" or "Register Now" to continue.
- After signing in or registering for an account, please view the “Complete your enrollment” section.
Online Banking:
- Log in to your account.
- Select the credit card you would like to enroll in text message and/or email alerts.
- In the "Quick Links" section on the right-hand side, select "Credit Card Alerts."
- You’ll be notified you’re leaving the SchoolsFirst FCU app. Select "Continue."
- Select "Log in" or "Register Now" to continue.
- After you’ve signed in or registered for an account, please view the “Complete your enrollment” section on this page.
Complete your enrollment:
After following the steps above, complete your enrollment through our partner site:
- Fill out the form with your credit card number, select a username and click "Continue."
- Create your password and then select "Submit."
- You’ll be asked to confirm your contact information by entering a one-time passcode (OTP) through email or text message. Note: You may need to scroll up to select your preferred delivery method.
- Once you successfully verify your information, you’ll be prompted to sign-in to the credit card alert platform.
- Log in using your newly created username and password. OTP is required to sign-on.
- Once logged in, you will be able to select how you want to receive alerts.
- You can update your alert notification method by selecting the option from the menu. You will be asked to update your account with a valid phone number, then select "Update Destination."
- Finally, you will be able to select your alert preferences. You will be able to select location (international alerts), spending limits per transaction and transaction type.
- Data charges may apply to Mobile Banking. Check with your mobile provider.
