ONLINE BILL PAYMENT GUARANTEE

We understand the importance of paying your bills on time. For that reason, SchoolsFirst FCU guarantees payments will be made on-time using our bill payment service, if you follow these guidelines:

• Your payments must be scheduled for withdrawal at least 3 business days prior to the original due date for electronic payments and 5 business days prior to the original due date for payments sent by check.
• You entered the correct payee information and payment amount.
• You must agree not to enter into any agreements to generate late payment fees.
• You will provide a copy of your statement showing any late fees before the late fee(s) will be refunded.
• The payment is not payable to any prohibited payees as listed within our Bill Payment Disclosure and Agreement:
  • Taxes (property, income, business, etc.).
  • Legal Payments (alimony, child support, judgments, etc.).
  • Transactions with the Department of Motor Vehicles or similar agencies.
  • Traffic Citations.
• This guarantee does not cover errors committed by your payee.
• You will be responsible for paying late fees if you do not follow these guidelines.
