CONSENT TO RECEIVE DISCLOSURES ELECTRONICALLY
For purposes of this consent, "we," "us," and "our," refers to SchoolsFirst Federal Credit Union, and "you" and "your" refers to each and every person who signs electronically.
Pursuant to the federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce (ESIGN) Act, we must obtain your consent prior to delivering legal disclosures to you in an electronic format. To establish your share account online and allow us to provide you with account disclosures in an electronic format, your consent is required. If you are applying for a Membership online and do not wish to receive your account disclosures in electronic format, please discontinue your online Membership application and contact our Member Contact Center at (800) 462-8328 or visit a branch.
Consent to Electronic Disclosures
You hereby consent to receive disclosures related to establishing your share account with SchoolsFirst FCU, in electronic format. You may request paper copies of the related disclosures at any time by calling us at (800) 462-8328, Monday through Friday, from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Paper copies will be provided to you, upon request, at no charge. This consent to receive disclosures in an electronic format applies only to disclosures related to opening a share account.
To receive disclosures electronically, you must use a computer that meets minimum hardware and software requirements, as well as browser and other requirements.
Withdrawal of Consent
You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, free of charge. By revoking your consent to receive disclosures in electronic format, we will provide you with them in paper form. If you originally consent to receive disclosures electronically, but later decide to withdraw your consent, you can do so by notifying us by:

You will not be required to pay a fee for withdrawing consent or receiving paper copies of the disclosures.
Hardware and Software Requirements
- Sufficient free disk space on a hard drive to retain documents.
- A modem or other device allowing connection to the Internet.
- An established email account and email address, and the ability to access attachments in email.
- An up-to-date version of Adobe Acrobat Reader or an Adobe Acrobat Reader browser plug-in. If you do not have this software, you can download a free up-to-date version at adobe.com.
- A modern web browser compatible with SSL encryption and capable of viewing and retaining PDF documents.
