If you think you’re a victim of credit or debit card fraud, call us right away. When you act quickly, it helps us protect your account and prevents further unauthorized charges.

 

What Happens When You Call

  • We’ll confirm the situation and start reversing fraudulent charges (usually within 2–3 business days).
  • Need funds right away? We can help.
  • We’ll cancel your card and send a replacement.

When We Detect Fraud

  • We may temporarily block your card to protect your account.
  • A fraud specialist will call you and leave a voicemail if you don’t answer.
  • If you validate the charges, we’ll unblock your card right away.
