Online Member Panel

The Online Member Panel is a dedicated platform designed to collect valuable feedback from our Members. Insights collected guide and inform service improvements and the development of new features, helping to enhance offerings and support the financial well-being of all Members.

Who participates: Members 

Frequency: Surveys sent as needed to gather feedback

Your role on the Online Member Panel:

  • Share feedback and suggestions to help us better serve our Members’ evolving needs.
  • Offer insights into Member experiences to help us maintain a high level of service and engagement with our Members.

Requirements:

  • Must be a primary Member in good standing with the Credit Union.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Not employed by the Credit Union within the past three years.

School Employee Forum

The School Employee Forum is a dedicated group of school employees who serve as strategic partners to SchoolsFirst FCU's senior leadership. Through this Forum, we gather diverse perspectives to better understand Members’ evolving needs and develop initiatives that support the financial well-being of school employees and their families.

Who participates: Active school employees

Meeting schedule: Three times per year (two virtual meetings, one in-person gathering)

Your role as a School Employee Forum Member:

  • Participate in interactive presentations, collaborative activities and panel discussions.
  • Share perspectives on emerging challenges facing school employees.
  • Share insights, experiences and recommendations on financial services.

Requirements:

  • Must be a primary Member in good standing with the Credit Union.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must be an active school employee.
  • Must adhere to the meeting code of conduct.
  • Not employed by the Credit Union within the past three years.

Advisory Council

The Advisory Council is composed of educational leaders who serve as strategic partners to SchoolsFirst FCU's senior leadership. The Council represents the collective voice of the educational community, enhancing Member service and shaping organizational priorities that support the financial well-being of school employees and their families.

    Who participates: Active school, college or university administrators

    Meeting schedule: Four times per year (three virtual meetings, one in-person gathering)

    Your role as an Advisory Council Member:

    • Provide insights into school employee needs ensuring all Members are served equitably.
    • Share emerging trends, challenges and opportunities occurring within the educational community.
    • Provide guidance and recommendations to improve financial services and refine Member experiences.

    Requirements:

    • Must be a primary Member in good standing with the Credit Union.
    • Must be at least 18 years of age.
    • Must be an active school employee.
    • Experience in educational or business administration/leadership.
    • Must adhere to the meeting code of conduct.
    • Not employed by the Credit Union within the past three years.
