SchoolsFirst FCU Announces COO & CIO, Adds New Leadership Positions

SchoolsFirst Federal Credit Union announced changes to the Credit Union’s executive leadership structure, promoting Carol Rose from executive vice president, Member Service Operations, to chief operating officer and Jim Phillips from executive vice president to chief information officer. The Credit Union also added new leadership positions designed to support future growth and ensure it is well-positioned to meet the evolving needs of its Members.

In her new role, Carol oversees Branches, the Member Contact Center, Fraud Management, Wealth Management and Community and Membership Development. Carol has been with the Credit Union since 2003. Jim Phillips will continue leading the Credit Union's technology strategy, infrastructure and cybersecurity.

Andrea Blais has been promoted from senior vice president, Real Estate Lending to executive vice president, Lending, overseeing both Consumer Lending and Real Estate Lending.

John Conine has been promoted to executive vice president, Member Experience and Transformation. He will also oversee the Digital Transformation team. Prior to this appointment, John led Consumer Lending and has served the Credit Union since 1991.

Amy Hsu has been promoted to executive vice president of Marketing & Payments, overseeing Strategic Marketing and Payments. She joined the Credit Union in 2014 and has most recently led Payments and Fraud.

Jessica Jamison has been promoted to executive vice president, People & Culture. She will continue to oversee Belonging & Culture and will take on Human Resources, Talent Acquisition & Analytics and Learning & Talent Development. Jessica has been with the Credit Union since 2003.
