SchoolsFirst Federal Credit Union Extends Into the California Central Coast Region

SchoolsFirst Federal Credit Union opened its first branch in Ventura County, Calif., adjacent to the Ventura Unified School District office. It is the Credit Union’s first branch in the Central Coast region, with the nearest branch approximately 45 miles away in Los Angeles County.

The branch team welcomed Members to the official grand opening celebration on June 11–12 and greeted them with treats, giveaways and personalized service.

“We’re excited to open our Ventura branch and deliver in-person service and trusted advice to our Members,” said William De Leon, senior vice president of branches at SchoolsFirst FCU. “For more than 2,150 Ventura Unified School District employees in this community, it means easier access to products, services and personalized financial guidance they rely on.”

The Ventura branch is located at 5280 Valentine Road, Suite 150A, Ventura, CA 93003. The branch is open Monday through Thursday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
