Variable Universal Life Insurance
Offered by Member Investment Services
Variable Universal Life is a form of Whole Life insurance, which combines the flexibility of Universal Life’s death benefits and premium choices with even more investment choices. Instead of accruing a cash value, as with Universal Life, the excess cash is placed in a separate investment account.
Policyholders can then select the type of investment vehicle for the excess cash, with the freedom to move between various investment choices. You may choose the timing of these moves as well as the amount of premium payments. While a Variable Universal Life insurance policy gives you more control over your investment options, it also gives you more responsibility.
Our financial advisors and our licensed insurance agents will outline the pros and cons of this kind of insurance and will help you choose the best company to handle your policy. We work with only A or better rated companies that offer excellent insurance plans to fit every family’s needs and budget. Our advisors can also assist you with a variety of investment options, whether you are planning for retirement, saving for your children’s college educations or have other financial goals.
