Online Member Panel

We value candid feedback from our Members. Our online Member Panel will help us provide a better Member service experience and design new features and benefits for our products and services to improve all Members’ financial well-being. It’s easy to join.  

At a Glance

  • Provides feedback and recommendations to help us better serve our Members’ evolving needs.
  • Gives insight into Member experiences to help us maintain a high level of service and engagement with our Members.
  • Advocates for the Credit Union with Members and prospective Members.

Volunteer Attributes & Abilities

  • Must be a primary Member and in good standing with the Credit Union.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Not employed by the Credit Union within the last three years.


President’s Forum

Our President’s Forum is a diverse group of Members who voluntarily participate in facilitated discussions about a particular topic or area of interest. 

At a Glance

  • Consists of active school employees.
  • Meets virtually at least twice a year.
  • Participates in highly interactive presentations, activities and moderated panel discussions.
  • Provides feedback and recommendations to help us better serve our Members’ evolving needs.
  • Gives insight into Member experiences to help us maintain a high level of service and engagement.
  • Advocates for the Credit Union with Members and prospective Members.
  • Helps build relationships between the Credit Union and the educational community they represent.

Volunteer Attributes & Abilities

  • Must be a primary Member and in good standing with the Credit Union.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Active school employee.
  • Understanding of and commitment to credit union philosophy.
  • Not employed by the Credit Union within the past three years.
  • Many Members start their volunteer service on President's Forum.


Advisory Councils

Our Advisory Councils are volunteer groups formed to provide focused expertise and support to our senior management and Board of Directors on matters of strategic importance for the Credit Union. 

At a Glance

  • Consists of active school employees.
  • Meets four times a year, virtually or in-person.
  • Actively participates in discussions and provides feedback and recommendations to help us better serve the financial needs of Members in their region.
  • Gives insight into local issues affecting their region to help us maintain a high level of service and engagement.
  • Advocates for the Credit Union with Members and prospective Members.
  • Helps build relationships between the Credit Union and the educational community.

Volunteer Attributes & Abilities

  • Must be a primary Member and in good standing with the Credit Union.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Active school employee.
  • Experience in school or business administration, such as management, operations, human resources, finance, accounting, marketing or information technology.
  • Understanding of and commitment to credit union philosophy.
  • Not employed by the Credit Union within the past three years.
  • Many volunteers serve on the President’s Forum before joining an Advisory Council.
