As a participating district in San Bernardino County, you have the option(s) of participating in the following plan:


403(b) Features:
  • Contribute pre-tax dollars through automatic payroll deduction
  • Contributions and earnings are tax-deferred
  • Contribute up to $15,500 or 100% of includable compensation, whichever is less (combined maximum annual contribution limit of $15,500 if participating in both a traditional 403(b) and a Roth 403(b))
  • Catch-up contributions allowed

Roth 403(b) Features:
  • Contributions are on an after-tax basis through payroll deduction only
  • Qualified distributions of earnings are tax-free
  • Contribute up to $15,500 or 100% of includable compensation, whichever is less (combined maximum annual contribution limit of $15,500 if participating in both a traditional 403(b) and a Roth 403(b))
  • Catch-up contributions allowed

In addition, all of our school employee retirement plans feature:
