HOW THE PROGRAM WORKS
- Contact a SchoolsFirst FCU real estate loan consultant to register for the program before beginning the process of buying or selling your home.
- Our consultant will register you and provide your personal referral to the real estate agent network administrator, 1-2-3 HomeKeys, Inc.
- You will be referred directly to a participating real estate agent working in your neighborhood.
- After your home is bought or sold, you will be mailed your rebate check within 15 business days after close of escrow.
PROPERTY ELIGIBILITY
Eligible properties include single family residences and condominiums. Manufactured and mobile home properties are
not eligible.
