Are you thinking of using a real estate agent to help you buy or sell your home? Our
Real Estate Agent Rebate Program offers a 25 percent rebate off the commission of a participating agent who represents you.
1 Only experienced agents who have a consistent record of high-quality service are selected for the program.
HOW THE PROGRAM WORKS
- Begin by contacting a SchoolsFirst FCU real estate loan consultant to register for the program before beginning the process of buying or selling your home.
- The consultant will register you and provide your personal introduction to the real estate agent network administrator, HomeSold, Inc.2
- A HomeSold representative will then refer you directly to a participating real estate agent in your neighborhood.
- When your home is bought or sold, you’ll receive your rebate check within 15 business days after close of escrow.
